Warranty Policy

Do Argon40 products have warranty?

 Our products come with a 180 day warranty upon receipt of your order. You will need to provide your sales receipt/invoice as proof of purchase.

 

What is covered under the Argon40 warranty?

Our products pass thru quality control checks prior to shipment to ensure that each component is working. In the unlikely instance that you have received a faulty or damaged component, it will be eligible for repair or replacement.

 The following situations will void the Argon40 warranty and excluded from repair or replacement:

  1. Damage resulting from accident, liquid spills, submersion, or breakage
  2. Regular wear and tear
  3. Unauthorized modification and/or repair on the unit
  4. Unauthorized or misused cases outside of its intended use and handling of the product
  5. Continued use of product once fault occurs and causes more damage

 

How do I claim my warranty?

In the instance that you have to claim your warranty, please send us an email at cs@argon40.com along with the following information:

  1. Contact name
  2. Contact number
  3. Shipping address
  4. Proof of purchase (sales receipt/invoice, store purchased, date purchased)
  5. Product concerned
  6. Product version number/s
  7. Photo/video and description of the issue

 We will get back to you within 24 hours of receipt of your request.

 

Return Policy

What are the conditions for returning my product? 

We will only accept product returns coming from damaged, defective or dead on arrival products. Please send us an email at cs@argon40.com to request for an RMA for approval. 

Items must be returned within 15 days upon receipt and communication of the issue. Only approved product returns will be entertained and return shipping instructions will be provided.

Customers will be responsible in covering the cost of shipping and ensuring that a tracked shipping method is used for the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refund Policy

If you wish to have your product refunded for other concerns, please send us an email at cs@argon40.com. We will only be able to process the refund once approved and once item has been returned to us following the guidelines below:

  1. Product must be 100% complete upon receipt and is in its original packaging
  2. Proof of purchase is provided

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Customer shall cover the cost of returning the product and shipping fees will only be refunded if the return is a result of a shipping error on Argon40’s part.
